日月明功案 陳巧明6被告 將回默園模擬

〔自由時報記者湯世名、張聰秋、張軒哲／綜合報導〕彰化檢警偵辦高中生詹淳寓凌虐致死案，最快今將借提日月明功負責人陳巧明等6名在押被告到「默園」小屋，模擬詹生生前在屋內遭6人凌虐、鞭打過程，進行現場重建。

另國立清水高中教師蔡淑芳、詹素珠、林曉年被列為「日月明功」被告後，國教署昨派員到校了解，校方召開校評會，認為3人觸犯偽證罪，列為刑事案件被告，決議將3人依教師法第14條第12款「行為違反相關法令，經有關機關查證屬實」停聘，再視司法調查結果，召開教評會做出解聘、不續聘或復聘的決定。

蔡淑芳原擔任輔導主任，目前主任職務已被解除，因她也是教評會委員，昨日迴避教評會會議，蔡、詹、林3人昨日戴口罩現身，逐一進入會場陳述，旋即快閃離開，但校方拒絕說明3人在教評會上的談話內容。
