你好

我也曾發生過這樣的情況

後來網路爬文有爬到解決方式

手機重新開機時以手機同時按住音量上鍵+HOME鍵+電源鍵開機,

等到螢幕出現三星的畫面後再放開,

進入Recovery後就會看到一個以下類似的螢幕畫面,

用音量鍵選擇到Wipe data / factory reset後再點擊手機的首頁鍵確定,

最後再點擊重啟手機(reboot)
