不好意思
想問一個笨問題
我是一個ebay新手買家
有幾個疑問想請ebay老手幫忙

問題1
因為想在國外購買東西但在網上詢問運費
運費通常都會比原先刊登的金額高一些
所以得標後的金額通常都會改變
想請問如果得標後我應該在那查看實際應付帳單金額
還是對方會寄帳單告知總金額我再付款即可

問題2
如果得標後對方才發現運費金額不對再補要運費
該如何處理是請對方再開一個新賣場補差價
還是有什麼好方法可解決
