標題[問題]在試用期離職的話 薪水是立刻發放下來嗎?

請教一下各位 小弟有個朋友最近剛去一間補習班做導師 大概是10月14號進去的 但他目前有得到一個更好的工作機會 所以就跟補習班說要離職 這邊疑問的是勞基法有規定滿三個月不滿一年的話是要提前10天告知 但我朋友他連一個月都還沒滿 所以是可以說走就走嗎? 另外補習班跟他說因為他是10月進去的 所以10月跟11月的薪水要等到12月10號統一發下來 這是合理的嗎? 他們補習班是10號發薪 所以照常理來說10月份的薪水應該是11月10號就該發了吧 怎麼可以因為剛好要離職了就一起合併到12月發放 請問一下各位這樣有符合勞基法的規定嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.38.118.210
