最近推出的發光冰淇淋所添加的物質

今天看到新聞有新推出的發光水母冰淇淋

想問一下是加了埃奎明麻??

如果是的話,埃奎明應該要和鈣離子反應才會發光

那光到底是從哪來的?

稍微查了一下卻都只有說添加了水母體內的生物蛋白

就我所知應該只有綠色螢光蛋白和埃奎明

某報導是說舌頭的熱力影響冰淇淋的酸鹼值從而發光

是什麼原因?
