塑毒求償無購買證明　台糖等17業者判免賠

【孫友廉／新北報導】消基會替5百多名塑毒受害民眾對昱伸、賓漢等35家公司提起團體訴訟求償24億餘元，新北地院上午僅判昱伸、賓漢、統一等18家業者需賠償120萬餘元，台糖、大漢酵素、味丹、順天草本等17家業者則判免賠，法院指出，台糖等17業者免賠主因消費者無法提出購買單據。
