當年起訴馬英九涉特別費貪瀆案的現任高檢署檢察官侯寬仁表示:

1.馬英九涉特別廢案獲判無罪,是老百姓給他一個機會,

但馬不知反省,檢討,如今才會陷入另一個風暴.

2.特別費是要"因公支出",馬英九用領據支用的17萬元特別費,

馬英九沒使用,直接撥到馬英九戶頭,反而每個月匯20萬元給他太太.

非常明顯的"公款"進"私人口袋" (公款私用)!

這不是貪瀆,什麼才叫貪瀆?

3."大水庫理論",最高法院也不認同!

4.馬下條子追殺,欠我一個道歉!

5.時間回到過去,還是會起訴馬!
