【大紀元2013年09月14日訊】（大紀元記者陳天成紐約報導）中央軍校旅美同學會、美洲海光聯誼會、中華民國旅美老兵自強同心會、紐約中正理工學院同學會和美東空軍大鵬聯誼會近日在法拉盛聚豐園舉辦餐會，一百多位軍人耆老和軍眷共聚一堂，同慶中華民國第59屆「九三軍人節」，紀念在抗戰期間犧牲的將士。

與會會員還就洪仲丘事件是否影響軍中士氣、管訓難度和削弱戰力，進而影響國家安全進行了討論。他們還強調中華民國在抗戰中的角色，歷史不容顛倒和篡改。
