高華柱否認辭職傳聞：不是事實

【王家俊／台北報導】陸軍下士洪仲丘案真相未明，國防部長高華柱等下午前往總統府，向總統馬英九報告軍中改革方案，媒體詢問高華柱是否二度向馬總統請辭並獲慰留等，高華柱回應說，相關傳聞和最近媒體的報導，都不是事實。

行政院政務委員羅瑩雪、林政則及高華柱下午五時許在國防部舉行臨時記者會說明「國軍改革人權保障作為」報告。行政院長江宜樺25日已指示羅瑩雪成立專案小組，督導國防部檢討禁閉、申訴制度，希望國防部徹底檢討。
