小弟在保險業IT單位服務我的職等公司有明訂可報加班費由於最近忙專案加班較頻繁（多到八九點）今天送加班單時就被上司提醒說：一個月加班不要超過21個小時理由是：會違反規定，要我不要為難HR 我不懂的地方有兩點 1、平日九點上班五點半下班，午休1.5小時，所以每天上班七小時，周休二日；但若平均一天報加班1個小時話，這動不動21個小時就爆了，感覺這規定與實務不太合理，這勞基法有規定嗎？ 2、加班超過21個小時為何跟HR有關?(會被勞工局視為缺失？）不然怎上司要我不要為難HR? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.194.192.196
